§ 102-108. Discharge of stormwater and unpolluted water to storm sewers, watercourses.

Stormwater and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged to such sewers as are specifically designated as storm sewers or to a watercourse approved by the Town. Industrial cooling water or unpolluted process waters may be discharged, upon approval of the Town, to a storm sewer or natural outlet.
