§ 102-94. Notification of completion for inspection; violation.

A. 

The applicant for the building sewer permit shall notify the Town when the entire building sewer and the portion of building drain extending from the building sewer to the outer face of the building wall is ready for inspection and connection to the public sewer. The connection shall be made under the supervision of the Town or its representative, and the method used shall receive the prior approval of the Town.

B. 

When trenches are opened for the laying of entire building sewer pipes and portions of building drains extending from the building sewer to the outer face of building walls, such trenches shall be inspected by the Town before the trenches are filled, and the plumber performing such work shall notify the Town when the laying of building sewer and said portion of building drain is completed. The filling of a trench before inspection is made will subject the plumber to whom a permit is issued to a penalty of $100 for each offense.

C. 

In case of a violation of any of the rules and regulations of the Town by a plumber, his journeymen plumbers or other persons of his employ, his permit (the plumber's) may be suspended or high recognition may be revoked by the Town.
